Manufacturing Process:

This frame is a very high quality injection molded frame. That means it isn't a generic frame that a machine goes and cuts the text into, they're created from a mold that includes the text. These frames will fit any standard United States license plate. I'm not sure which international plates will or will not fit, Canadian plates fit, they will even fit your mom's 1973 Gremlin!
