Pimpdaddy.Com has a variety of methods for contact:

• On-Line Ordering: Perfect! This is the quickest way to get your items shipped, UPS orders go out the same day if you order by 3 PM EST, possibly as late as 6:30 PM EST, depends on how busy we are.
• Email: Please email sales@pimpdaddy.com with any questions. Do NOT order via email or send credit card information via email.
• Toll-Free Phone: For questions or to order, feel free to call our phone staff between 10 AM and 5 PM EST on weekdays. Keep in mind that online orders WILL ship quicker and orders needing anything but the free UPS ground must be placed online as we cannot calculate air shipping for phone orders. Our toll free number is 1-888-663-7037; blocking caller ID will cause us to not answer your call. International customers can call 954-234-2643.
• FAX: To order via FAX, you will first need to complete an online order so that you can get the correct shipping charge, if any, and so that we are positive on what you want. Then check out using "check" as the payment method and FAX your credit card information, and a copy of your invoice, to 270-912-3990.
• Physical: Visits are by appointment only as this is our warehouse location and not normally used for retail sales.
