PimpDaddy.com Return Policies
(Read Them If You Plan On Ordering)
- There will be NO RETURNS FOR REFUNDS during the 30 days leading up to major events/holidays, only exchanges and returns for credit. Too many wannabe pimps like to order suits just for holiday parties and then return them. These holidays include Halloween, New Years, St. Patrick's Day, Mardi Gras, Christmas.
- RETURNS IN OCTOBER WILL BE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY
- WORN MERCHANDISE CAN NOT BE RETURNED
- Returns MUST include all original packing materials and be in NEW condition. If you order something that comes in a box or bag, the item must come back in the box or bag or you will not get a refund or credit.
- You MUST EMAIL checkout@pimpdaddy.com BEFORE returning merchandise! You'll have to regardless because you'll need the address to ship the return to.
- Returns for refunds may be assessed a restocking fee based on the original shipping method, i.e. orders that used free shipping will be charged a restocking fee to cover the shipping costs.
- Returns for refunds may not have the shipping fees refunded if a failure to be delivered in time is a result of no one being available to sign for the package (not all orders require signature), a result of your not including all address information on the original order (such as apartment number) or you request UPS hold the package for pick up and you do not pick it up in time.
- Provided the previous conditions are met, returns are accepted for 30 days following delivery to you.
